Terms of Service

We provide white-hat SEO services including Romanian guest posting, digital PR support, niche edits, local citation building, strategy, and reporting. Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in each proposal or SOW.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search algorithms change, competitors react, and on-page factors outside our control affect outcomes. We guarantee delivery of agreed placements that meet the quality criteria in the SOW, subject to the replacement policy.

You must provide accurate brand guidelines, approved claims, access to necessary analytics where agreed, and timely feedback on publisher shortlists and drafts.

You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights and comply with advertising and consumer laws applicable to your industry.

Fees are stated in EUR or RON as specified in the SOW. Invoices are due within the period stated (typically 14 days). Late amounts may accrue statutory interest under Romanian law.

Publisher fees paid to third-party media are often non-refundable once an article is accepted into production. Cancellation terms are set out in the SOW.

If a delivered link is removed within twelve (12) months for reasons attributable to the publisher and not to your request or policy violation, we will replace it with a reasonably comparable placement at no additional service fee, subject to available inventory.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables created for you (reports, drafts you own under the SOW). Publisher-owned articles remain subject to the publisher's rights and house rules.

Our methodologies, templates, and proprietary publisher lists remain our intellectual property.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for the SOW giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of rankings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts of Bucharest have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer.
