Full-time

Bucharest (hybrid) / Remote in Romania

Own day-to-day relationships with Romanian editors and publishers. You will pitch guest articles, negotiate placements, maintain CRM hygiene, and protect our acceptance rates by sending only brief-ready ideas. Experience with .ro newsrooms or digital media sales is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in outreach, digital PR, or media sales
  • Native or near-native Romanian and strong business English
  • Comfortable with Ahrefs or Semrush for quick publisher checks
  • Clear written communication and calm negotiation style
  • Track record of landing editorial placements (portfolio or anonymized samples)

SEO Content Editor (RO / EN)

Full-time

Bucharest office preferred

Edit and occasionally write guest articles that pass real newsroom standards. You will brief freelancers, fact-check claims, tune tone for finance, tech, and lifestyle outlets, and make sure links sit naturally in the copy. Journalism background welcome.

Requirements

  • 4+ years editing or writing for publication
  • Excellent Romanian writing; solid English editing
  • Understanding of SEO basics without stuffing keywords
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines across campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Docs collaborative workflows

Link Strategist (Mid-level)

Full-time

Bucharest / Remote EU

Translate client goals into campaign architectures: mix of guest posts, niche edits, and digital PR, monthly velocity, and competitive gap priorities. You will present plans to clients, monitor results, and adjust tactics with the publisher and content teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in SEO with hands-on link acquisition experience
  • Able to read Ahrefs/Semrush competitive reports and explain them simply
  • Project management discipline across 8-12 concurrent accounts
  • English fluency; Romanian helpful but not mandatory for EU-remote candidates
  • White-hat mindset and willingness to reject low-quality inventory
